| How do I get the items I purchased into my gallery on Fix8? |
| The next time you login to Fix8 will ask you permission to download the latest content. Your purchased content will download when you click Yes. If you click no, you may update your gallery at anytime by pressing the Update button in the Gallery. |

| I don't see the items I purchased in Fix8. |
| Make sure you've updated your Fix8 product gallery. Click the Gallery icon in Fix8, click the My Stuff tab, and then click the Update button. Fix8 should begin downloading any missing products. |

| How do I create an account? |
1) Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your username and your information.
NOTE: After you finish the register, you will get an activated email which needs your click to active the account. |

| If you feel that you have received the wrong items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the items at customerservice@fix8.com. We'll be happy to assist you. |
